At Brennan House, survivors have the opportunity to continue the healing process with ongoing support and focus on making concrete steps towards obtaining emotional and financial self-sufficiency.
Brennan House accepts all genders and is the only residential domestic violence shelter in San Francisco that accepts male survivors.

We provide safe, stable, long-term transitional housing paired with individualized case management to support each resident’s path forward.
Case Management and Advocacy
We offer case management, emotional support, and legal advocacy resources to help survivors navigate challenges with confidence and care.
Family and Youth Services
We provide child and parenting support to strengthen families and create a safe, supportive environment for children.
Education, Employment, and Cultural Support
We offer education and employment support, permanent housing navigation, and bilingual, culturally responsive services to help residents build long-term independence.
