The Multi-Service Center South (MSC-South)
The Multi-Service Center South (MSC South) provides a vital safety net for 329 men and women experiencing homelessness in San Francisco. As the city’s largest full-service shelter, the 5th and Bryant site offers more than just a bed; it provides a comprehensive continuum of care designed to address the root causes of instability.
Guests have access to an array of on-site resources, including nutritious meals, essential health and hygiene resources, and professional case management. By integrating medical clinics, mental health support, and housing navigation within a single facility, MSC South empowers residents to transition from crisis to long-term stability and permanent housing.
