Riley Center Program Director

Emmanuel Carrie has over 15 years of experience including program supervision, case management, and evaluation roles with organizations focused on supporting domestic violence survivors, youth, senior citizens, and people with intellectual disabilities. He holds a BA in Humanities with emphasis in Education and Psychology from New College of California as well as a MA in Humanities and Leadership from Sonoma State University.
